Shipping policy

Turnaround

Most orders are made within 1 week of your design approval, plus shipping time. You'll get a digital proof by email first, and the week starts once you approve it. Larger orders and full stationery suites can take a little longer. If you have a date to work to, tell me when you order and I'll confirm it fits.

Rush orders

I take a limited number of rush orders depending on workload. A fast-track fee of 20% to 50% applies. Email hello@heysweetpeach.com.au for a quote.

Shipping costs

Worked out by weight at checkout. Letters and small items $4, up to 1kg $12, 1-5kg $22, 5-8kg $30, over 8kg $40. Express from $8. Free standard shipping on orders over $250. Free pickup from Happy Valley, SA. Digital files are emailed, so no shipping charge.

Delivery times

Once posted: Adelaide metro 1-2 days, other metro areas 1-5 days, Perth and Queensland 5-10 days, rural areas allow an extra 2-3 days. A0 signs and anything over 105cm go by courier rather than Australia Post. You'll get tracking by email once your order is sent.

Addresses

Orders are sent to the address supplied at checkout, so please double-check it. I can't be responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses, and redelivery is at your cost.

If something arrives damaged

All parcels are insured. Email hello@heysweetpeach.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.
