For designers, event stylists, sign makers, small businesses and makers who need reliable laser cutting without owning a laser. You supply the finished vector file; I source the material, cut, score or engrave it in my Adelaide studio, then pack the finished pieces for pickup or shipping.
How it works
- Choose the smallest cutting area your complete file fits within.
- Choose your material/colour and quantity.
- Place your order.
- Email your production-ready file and order number to hello@heysweetpeach.com.au.
- Your job is checked before production. If extra machine time or file work is required, this is confirmed with you first.
Cut, score or engrave
- CUT: red 0.001pt vector line
- SCORE: blue 0.001pt vector line — fastest process
- ENGRAVE: solid black fill — slowest process
Your file can contain a combination of all three. The base price includes the applicable cutting allowance. Engraving and unusually detailed files may require additional supervised machine time at $2 per minute, confirmed before production.
What's included in the base price?
Your selected material area, normal material handling/setup and approximately 3 minutes of laser cutting time per 10 × 10cm of cutting area, capped at 30 minutes for larger sizes. Multiple small pieces can be nested within the selected area when your supplied file is already laid out that way.
Materials
3mm cast acrylic: choose from the listed colours, with additional colours and specialty finishes available on request.
3mm birch plywood: suitable for plaques, signage, keepsakes, height charts and trade blanks. Natural grain and engraving tone vary slightly between sheets.
File requirements
Supply SVG, DXF, AI, EPS or vector PDF artwork at finished size. Convert text to outlines, remove duplicate lines and ensure cut shapes are closed paths.

Artwork creation, tracing, logo redraws and file repair aren't included, but can be quoted separately.
Trade quantities, turnaround & shipping
Need multiples or ongoing production? Increase the quantity or contact us for larger batch pricing. Efficiently nested repeat jobs may be more economical.
Standard turnaround is approximately 7–14 days plus shipping. Express 3-day turnaround may be available where material is available. Shipping is calculated at checkout, free standard shipping applies to orders over $250, and free pickup is available from Happy Valley, SA. Oversized finished pieces may require a courier adjustment, confirmed before production.
